It is also not uncommon for supply chain functions to feel that they are the brunt of the pointing fingers regarding business issues leading to a challenging, non-collaborative working environment.
I have extensive experience in supporting teams to truly understand their core objectives within a cross functional working environment and how to focus on being the business partner that will allow companies to grow and flourish.
This often involves guiding teams to focus on customer needs, learn to communicate more openly, as well as supporting wider business functions to understand how their actions influence supply chain performance and how they can support greater effectiveness across complex matrix organisations.
